From my own point of view, I don't think its worth the time and money to enlarge
this set of plans. It is not a scale model and the construction techniques used
are probably not suitable for a bigger version.

I hope to find a set of Sid Morgan's PBY plan. I think this plan is for scale version but I don't know the size of the plane.
