Some gyros when they initialise will reset their centre based on your trim setting so you may end up chasing your tail so to speak.

Yeah Im actually taking advantage of that now. Re-read the middle of my post. I have it trimmed the opposite way in throttle hold now so it initialises off center. When I turn off throttle hold everythings works as normal with zero trim in all other modes. Not the ideal situation I know, but its flying great now and I don't have to spend any more time/money screwing with it.

Probably is a vibration somewhere. Seems very smooth with the new blades though. And it flew great for 4-5 packs after the crash. Problem only appeared after coming out of storage for the winter. Strange. I did do the hot glue fix when i built it too.
Maybe it was just some dried grease or oil in the bearings after it had been sitting in storage. A few runs might free them up or else just go over it and oil everything up again.
My lack of maintenance is probably my biggest problem.
