Default RE: Royal Zero Kit Build into Rufe

My Rufe kit is 1490 not 1480.

The 40 size Zero @ 1480 comes out at 38.85' (a little larger than the 36'1" for the 5 model)

The 40 size Rufe @ 1490 comes out at 39.10' (very close to the actual 39' 4.5")

So it appears that the 40 Zero has a more generous wing than scale and the Rufe kit is a more to scale wingspan.

Something doesn't work right on the 60 size zero. @ 1592 mm x 6 equals 9552mm. This works out to 31.3' (way short of the 36'1")
It turns out the 60 size Zero is not 1/6th scale but 1/7th scale. 1592 x 7 equals 11144mm or 36.5'

Using your 9% formula on the 1592mm span does bring it to 12147mm or 39.8' (very close to 39' 4.5" of the Rufe)
Using a 8.5% formula it brings it to 12091mm or 39.6' (even closer to scale)

So, a 60 size Rufe would have a wingspan of 1735mm using the 9% formula.
A 1727mm span using the 8.5% formula.

In order to bring the 40 Rufe's span up to the 1727mm one needs to add 16% which brings the 1490mm to 1728.4. I've been doing a lot of math and not sure now if this is correct but it seems that way. The problem this formula might have increased the fuse size also. Can someone tell me the length of the SR. 60 size Zero by the plans and I will measure the fuse on the Rufe plans increasing the plans by the fuse length.
