To answer a few questions above.

The Ultra bandit wheels have a very small wheel hub, a customer has sent me a set to look at and we cannot get the electronics to fit in these. The customer has decided to swap out the BVM wheels and use Jet-!A wheels which are more suitable to our electro-brakes.

i3dm - as with all electro-brakes we NEED to have one wheel and leg sent to us to work from, only then can we answer the question as to yes we can or no we cannot - each brake system is made specifically to fit a given wheel/leg and therefor we wont risk making them from drawings, emailed measurements etc as it just does not work. Send them to me and I can come back with an answer.
