Yeah it is a 13x8 3 blade. I also tried a 14x9 3 blade. Seemed to struggle in flight with the 14.
My Saito 100's are happy with a 15x6.

My low speed needle wound up flush with the throttle lever face, nothing protruding past the lever. Results may vary.
