Who Makes this Truck and What is it Called?

My neighbor gave this to me for my grand children to play with before they moved away. My twin grandsons will be here for Thanksgiving so wanted to get it up and running. Seems the center diff is stripped. What is the brand of this little tike and where can I get a center diff for it? Help appreciated.
