Default RE: Top Flite Giant P-47 Build

Pushrods... I didn't like the way they came out of the fuse nor the way I would have to bend them, my fuse is still open on the bottom so I decided to make some changes...

In the first pics you can see the curves in the tubes and that is what I don't like, they work, but are not moving a smooth as I would like to see... Where the rudder and elv rod exit the fuse is cramped as well...

I am mocking up some different ways, the plan is to bring the rudder out lower (bellow the center spare). this will allow a straight shot to the servo.. For the Elv. rods, in the pic I crossed them over each other to give it a straight shot as well.. I will make sure my pushrods are the same length, I am also using digital servos so programming them will help make this easy.. The tailwheel will most likely be raised or relocated to clear everything else, not a big issue being it's pull pull... Anyone see a problem crossing the elv. rods like this, I know it's not the norm, but with the bigger motor up front i want it smooth...
