Default RE: Top Flite Giant P-47 Build

In my opinion scaling the cockpit in the razorback version, unless you plan on installing a sliding canopy, most of your work will be invisible between the pilot sitting there and the canopy frame.
I scaled out mine in my TF razorback 60 size and I spent a little fortune in a pilot and cockpit details and once it was all closed up all you could see was little of the pilot and the dashboard.
I think it would be different in a bubble canopy version.
As for wheels, I am not sure what's your budget is but I bought mine from Robart with 5" rims and tires you are looking to spend around $200.
Very scale like and it dresses up the bird on the ground like no other.
I have a similar set to my TF GS P-51 and they are really a show peace.

Fabio,
good points on the cockpit, if i was going with the sliding canopy, which I'm not, it would be worth it... I think i will just go with the Tf one like you used Gary...

The wheels from Robart are awesome, had them on the smaller and bigger TFMustang. They are sure sharp, but boy do they cost.. I came across these for $130.00, the bombs and pylons are nice too...
