You are correct in that I am not an AMA member. I belive that the AMA has the greatest of intentions as an organization; however, to me it's evident that some of it's members, including some of it's leadership, fall short when it comes to dealing with problems or questions raised by others. The smart mouthed comment posted to the OP question is an example of that. Simple question asked and answered. I would think that some encouragement to get more involved would have been in order. Nope. Maybe I have it all wrong.

] Umm , that's an awful broad brush your using to paint an organization who most of the members don't even post here , dontcha think ?
In ANY organization you will find people who give smart assed responses , why should the entire AMA be condemned for the actions of a few ?
Do you hold all organizations to this standard that not even ONE member can say something bad without the whole group wearin the black eye ?
If your lookin for perfection , don't forget that the world's last perfect person ended up nailed to a cross !
