I had just about reached the same conclusion, unfortunatly you can't change the leads as the unit is one piece.

This is great for a Gas plane as the second servo is the throttle channel but in Electric you need the throttle to be a lead to the Speed Ctrlr [:@]

Shame as the unit is very well made and in a gas plane would be 110% but in a Twinstar or any other Big electric plane it's useless.
