Looks like a Phoenix Topstar 60 / UCD 60. Though these two airplanes are very similar, they fly very differently.

Here is a video of the Topstar. Just searched on Google. If it is the same, its a nice airplane with a bad reputation of breaking the tail. . Engine to be used is a 75ax / 91FS. Standard problem is with the tank being much higher than the carb abd associated problems. Reinforce with fibreglass and fly. You will ENJOY it
