Zippy Compact 5S 5000mAH question
I purchased 4 Zippy Compact 5000mAH 5S packs over the Summer. I finally got around to getting them ready by soldering 4mm bullets to them and applying the Velcro. This is where it get interesting. Using one of the packs a a guide, I cut 4 identical pieces of Velco and started sticking it to the packs. But, on one of the four packs, the Velcro was 1/8" too wide. I initially thought I screwed up cutting the Velcro too wide, but, upon closer inspection discovered one pack was 1/8" narrower than the other three packs. The length and width dimensions are identical, but the "height" of this pack is less. The only explanation I can come up with is each individual cell is thinner, or ??
Has anybody experienced anything like this? Thanks.
