ForcesR, don't feel like you are especially unlucky. I finished an ESM t-6 II recently. While it flys and looks great, it was a real PITA. Holes misaligned, parts didn't fit, poorly glued in places and on and on. Just huge amount of extra work. I think it is the price you pay for only paying 1/3 of what the plane should cost. Take your pick - cheap and lot of work, or expensive and lot easier. Now that I'm done, not so bad. At the time I was cussing and shouting at the walls.
