Default RE: RC Surfer

Much about custom 'board shape and design' has been spoken about on this thread - but - very little has been discussed with regards to the actual Turn Fin. whic makes a huge difference in the boards handling.

I have tried a few different shapes and foils ( some in pictures) and keep coming back to the Bi- Fin - The Bi-Fin seems to keep the board more stable and solid in the tight turns - kind of carves better than a single fin - I am finding that bigger is better - the current fin I am running has a fin length of 60 mm and a foil length of 15 mm with a slight negative trim which holds the tail down - the board runs very stable in the water and definitely carves best with this 'new Bi-Fin size'

I would be interested to hear what others have found to work well for them.......
