you are right about it being on the "approved list" but the Bootlegger did not come out untill 1977 !!
I had ask about using a legger long time ago and was told that it was not legal. Unless they have changed the cutoff date and I'm not aware of it !!! I hope your are right because I have one that I would like to fly in SPA !
