Hey guys so ive recently gotten into flying again with my parkzone extra 300 and im really enjoying everything about it. Ive flown it everday for several weeks now and its one of those planes where it falls in between a 3D plane and a sports/acrobatics plane. My grandpa is a huge pattern flyer and he recently came to visit and helped me understand the concept of it and even gave me some simple paterns i can begin to fly with my Extra. What i would like to know is if there are any good pattern planes out there that are within 200-350$ that can get me started in patern flying. My extra 300 is a 36" and i dont want to get much larger than a 50" pattern plane...my Grandpa mentioned the Osiris as a great plane and ive done some research but before i lay to much down i want to hear from you guys...whats a good plane for a new pattern pilot? balsa or composite is fine.
