Hi!
I bought one of those 7.0cc Raduga engines 35 years ago from a CL combat friend here in sweden who had bought it from one of his Russian Cl flying friends . The engine was a total failiure! It could not be started without an electric starter and could not sustain rpm without the glow clip on.
Trow it away!
