Well 1 holiday is down and another is coming so I am going to try and resurect this thread and hopefully inspire some action on this bird. Man Ican't believe how much these kits have gone up in price, some $40 or more increasenow for the TF kits it's crazy.So here is a little of what I have managed to do. Iam making a removable tail cone out of fiberglass so I can access my tail wheel and linkages for the rudder and elevator in case I need to fix something, also I have made the gear doors for the retractable tail wheel in the process. First step is to iron down some monokote to form the fiberglass over. Followed by 2 coats of paste wax to help with the release later.
