FANS, MOTORS, ESC(ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL) UNIT FOR EACH FAN and either 2 batteries, i per fan, or a Large battery to power both fans, and a stand alone BEC(battery eliminator circuit) for the rx/servos, inlet ring, exhaust tube. if i were in AZ and needed help with a new EDF set up, i would be looking to find Bob Ruff. wherever in AZ he might be at the moment, and pick his brain for as much as he would allow.
