I have had this problem with GP products too. Both with a set of 30min epoxy and a larger bottle of finishing resin. Both were rock hard when I reached for them the second time. I just assumed that it was the way they were stored(on the workbench in the basement, or something else that I did wrong. I will remember the next time to track down the Bob Smith products.
