The .61 NX is the older, heavier version of the .60 nx, it`s easy to mix them since the are almost named the same.
I`m really considering the .60 nx myself, 15200 rpm on APC 10-8 with the red Jett muffler is great. I wonder what it will do on APC 10-6 then?? The Jett .56 is said to turn that prop at 18000 rpm.
I would agree that the muffler is a power robber. The fix that I did was to cut the stinger off and JB weld a 3/8 piece of Brass tubing in the enlarged hole that i made. The engine now runs flawlessly.
