Default RE: Hobbyking 50cc Spitfire

ORIGINAL: Merlin Man

HI,

There is a full review of this model on several sites. The one herehttp://www.ytinternational.co.uk/for...php?f=17&t=424 is from the UK. There is a review on the Warbirds forum on RC Universe but cannot find it at the moment.

It goes together well and flies well according the the reviews I have read.

Cheers,
Merlin Man.
Unfortunately, the plane you linked to is not even close to the hobbyking 89" spitfire. The one in your link is 110" and is 1/4 scale. The HK spitfire is 89". Different airframe all together. The only similarity is they are both Spitfires. The HK spit has plug in wings, your linked spitfire does not....one piece wing....etc, etc.

Im sure that one is a nice plane, but Im not going to pay 1200 british pounds for it either(which is 1940 USD)
