The balsa stripper shown seems to be the SLEC one that is sold in England http://www.slecuk.com/catalogue/Building-Aids.html An excellent gadget. The channel section is 39 inches long so I am not sure if they would export them but it might be practical to buy one together with one of their kits or buy several at once for your friends. If you do buy get some spare blades in case you cannot get them locally, although I am still using the same blade after many years. The SLEC rubber band clamps are great too.
