Happy New Year to you also, and everyone else.

I tried to ring in the new year with a skydiver drop. Four tries later one cooperated.
Try #1 line twisted, chute opened just couldn't steer it.
Try #2 chute tangle, didn't fully deploy, made a nice thump but didn't appear to break anything, need to inspect. (Put skydiver in time out for not playing nice)
Try #3 different skydiver than drop #1 and #2, line twisted same as #1.
Try #4 opened good and made it back to the runway.

Conclusion, I need to take more time to pack the chute right.
