Default Newbie help needed to select first model

<div class="postrow has_after_content"><h2 class="title icon"></h2><div class="content"><div id="post_message_4064508"><blockquote class="postcontent restore "> My wife bought me a RC helicopter kind of as a gag present for christmas, and to be honest with you I am hooked. I have been running RC nitro boats for years, and I have seen those little mini helicopters at the mall and joked they looked fun. I had no idea....
Its just a simple 3 channel jobby, but like I said before I am hooked. And now ready to try an outdoor model on for size. While I have flown a lot of RC planes, we dont have the area around here for it, and havent come up with any local sources to ask for advise on what to buy, what brands to go for or avoid, etc. Here is what I am looking for.

I am looking for a four channel chopper, fixed pitch rotor, and a overall length in the 20 inch range.I would like too stay under 200 bucks with this first model until i get the hang of it, and maybe invest a bit more in a bigger or faster model as my skill increases. Here is the model I am looking at right now.

Walkera UFLYS 2.4Ghz Ready to Fly Helicopter (Metal, Brushless Main Motor, w/TX2402 Radio)

Anyone got any advise on good models to go with, manufacturers to stay away from, etc? I really want to stay with a model that has parts available in the invent of a crash, and dont want to get off in the variable pitch arena yet. </blockquote></div></div></div>
