I had the Tyro out for a run yesterday, after a long stint of bench warming.

It started straight up, as expected and pulled the model strongly for about 1/4 of the tank, then it gave the impression of the comp going soft.

On closer inspection the bolts securing the cylinder had come loose.

Back in the workshop, a good clean and a liberal dose of Locktite has it back together. We'll see later if this is a permanent fix.

Disappointing as I love this little motor.
