Both nitro and electric are powerful enough IMO.

What REALLY matters is what you ENJOY more. They are toys!

That said I like running electric, but watching nitro.. Not because I am lazy but because I just enjoy it. It also fits into my lifestyle/wife's acceptance "zone" better.
