To the OP, one hint that helped me remember which way to turn when I want to richen/lean, was to think of it like a water faucet. CCW to turn increase the water, and CW to decrease the water.

Same thing here. CCW to turn on more fuel (richen) and CW decrease the flow of fuel (lean).
