Nose gear doors driving me nuts! any one got tips or close up pics of the door ? not sure if im putting the hinges on the doors in the right location, the first try i had them too close to the edge and the hinge would hit the fuse when trying to open, then i placed them further in but when i try to swing the door open the door edge hits with the fuse opening. The manual says to keep the hinge rod straight but when i placed the supports to maintain the rounded shape of the door the rod follows the shape of the door.
any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
This is the manual model as I did it. You can pick up some points. The hinges need to go against the fuse opeing when fully open. The rod goes from almost at the skin from the rear to packed off at the nose. I then tacked front and back hinges only to the door with CA and then swung the mid hinge into place and packed.
You can just see the packing under the white pivot tube (added after the wire has been tacked in place. I put the white tube on the wire spaced around the hinge positions.
