Dave, Thanks for the tips!, I found what was causing my problem, the mid hinge. I was tacking all 3 hinge on before going in trying to tack the tubing in on the fuse, after a ton load of trying different hinge positions on the door i decided to remove the mid hinge and just try the forward and aft one and it works perfectly free as it can be no binding, so I'm thinking if it would be strong enough just with those two hinges ?
the problem the mid hinge was causing is it would force the rod upwards when i try to open the door, now I can see in your pics that the mid hinge does not sit flat on the door like the other two.
