The cockpit is the 1/5.5 scale FEJ one, I had to "stretch" it about an inch and widen it about 1/4" to fit. The pilot was from a guy who advertises on RCU. I think he makes(assembles) them himself.

I'm hesitant to say where the light kit is from because I've been disatisfied with the service and can't recomend him....at least yet. I ordered the light kit and Hawk accessories kit back in Oct. and received it 3 weeks later than promised and it was missing a bunch of key parts. After numerous emails and promises to ship the parts, I still do not have them. Subsequent emails went unanswered until just this morning, likely because I got annoyed and filed a Paypal disput with the vendor just yesterday. I've been told the missing parts will now ship Monday....we shall see.

I only had to partially paint the fin. The top black area was painted and extended to cover the top white stripe. A new white stripe was created below that by cutting into the existing red area. Only these areas were primed. it was not necessary to shoot red or blue, just the top black and white.
