Shirt-sleeve weather here Saturday, winds 12 with gusts to 15. Added a little right and down thrust to the motor. Had about8 flights with 1/2 throttle mostly and 7 minutes flght times.About 40% capacity left in 1300mah lipo after each flight. Like you said it flies very well at 1/2 throttle, even inverted with a good bit of down elevator. This thing is a bear to land in gusty wind. Made a few "tip and goes" scuffing up the wingtips a little. If I botch the approach I just give it full throttle and she pulls out quickly.I'm gradually increasing the dual rates and should be able to do nice aerobatics later. I'm using the recommended 8x6 slo-flier prop. Have you used a different one?
