Thought I would show you what makes Bro so 'HARD CORE'
I have come a ways since my first Bro's......the manufacturing process is still the same, 3D fiber core laminated with 15mm neoprene either side - but - I know use +/- 45 degree and 90 degree layup cloth with uni directional carbon fiber in between , strengthening the stress areas laid up with Epoxy !
I also now 'epoxy' Bro onto the hatch cover. No bolt intrusion holes that may leak and no bolts protruding into the housing.
Next step is to laminate with black neoprene.
