I plan on cutting and forming a 14'' prop from some 1/8'' plate aluminum I have. This should mimic the cast aluminum one they sell and recommend.
A metal prop is not allowed by the AMA here in the USA. Does the Canadian equivilent of the AMA allow metal props?
