I'm using the recomended 18/6 Xoar wood prop with reg. gas at 40-1 syn mix turning 8900 on the ground and it easly goes straight up as long as it can bee seen. Also pulls out of hover with ease...... When new it barely turned 7000 but just kept coming on. Jim
