The best way to set the wings up for your project is one tip on the floor, lean them against the wall, and order an Ultimate, or a Skybolt, or a Jungmeister, or...

But if you're stuck on the Bingo fuselage and the Cap wings, put them one below and one above.

Seriously, the hard one will be fitting the lower wing to the fuselage. And if you can, you might want to add a little dihedral to the lower wing.

The simplest cabane would be a vertical sheet of 3/16" ply (not liteply) inset in the top of the fuselage. If you can't do that you can use two sheets, one on each side, to make a cradle for the upper wing. The "N" struts are up to you, I don't know the structure of the wings you have.

Final note. Set the upper wing about 2 degrees negative in relation to the lower wing. A minus two decalage makes the lower wing stall before the upper - more stable that way.
