ORIGINAL: Gray Beard

I tried using contact cement on the wrap around windshield/plastic on the Swoose build. Really holds well but you have to get the plastic on and in position first try. After giving it a try it's all I'm using now. Just no room for error when placing the plastic down, it doesn't slide at all, just sticks instantly. You may want to give it a try on your mod.
Gene, I ordered some .060" thick PC last night and yea, that's kinda thick, but somehow I plan to use it as a structural member. From my years at work with using PC as a structural member, you should never, ever put screws through Lexan. It WILL crack! Also certain chemicals attack Lexan over time. I dunno what I'm going to do yet. I guess Ill get to that when I start laying out the fuse.
