The thing about the government turning on us is a bit far fetched. There are relatively few in the inner circle the rest are just regular folks that would, if push came to shove, side with the people.
I work for the federal government, and that is just flat wrong. The vast majority would follow Hitlars orders.Ok, itake that back.
If your point is that people are generally very susceptible to an authorities programming, I couldn't agree more... and those that aspire to have some of that "authority" should be feared the most. Recent times should be ample proof.
And its a bit like a frog in a boiling pot. Throw the frog inboiling water and he will jump out, but turn the heat up slowly and he will sit there till he dies. Same thing. First they would object to killing all Republicans, but if they start with someting like kill all three time DUI offenders, then two, then one, then move on to other criminals, then violent political factions, say KKK, thenon to tea party (they claim they are racist as well), then Republicans. That seems to be their tactic to move it very slowly.
