OK, tried it on a blank model with a servo plugged into the throttle channel, bound it and all worked as it should. Repeated turning the TX and RX off three times and still worked and did not need to be rebound..
Gary, did you pull the bind plug out before you turned the RX off. If not, that will cause the RX to lose it's bind.
