RE: Hangar 9 1/4 Scale Piper Cub ARF???
Been flying mine for almost a year now and the tailwheel is loosing effectiveness. Itightened the stock springs twice and lately replaced them with some stiffer ones from ACE Hardware but the tail wheel still doesn't move as freely and with as much authority as I'd like for taxiing.
Anybody else have this problem and a fix?
BTW, agree with cannonball about the DLE-20. Perfect gas engine for this model. More than enough power and can fly 40min. on a tank of gas with no added nose weight. Mine came in at just over #14 with 5in. Dubro tires.
