Seagull has drilled the holes in the wing for you. Press on the covering in the area indicated in manual, and you should be able to feel it. Go back several posts and you will see conversations about how to drill the holes through the wing and the wing tube in such a way that you will have an exit hole that will be in line with the entrance hole. Be sure that after drilling the holes, there is sufficient distance from the hole in the wing tube to the edge of the tube. My wing tube was too short and the hole was too close to the edge of the tube.
