What's wrong with this flight except for the altitude question? How high would AMA rules allow him to fly?
As high as you can safely fly, unless it is near an aiport, then it is less than 400 feet. Don't let the naysayers get to you.
After you hit a full size aircraft its then kinda to late but go for it.
