I was just thinking about maybe having to use a backer balsa board or do a almost through and the going through from the back side to eliminate any split out. I believe the manufacturer mentioned having to use a bit of blue foam or some such thing. Don't remember exactly so will go back and watch the video again.
Some of the wood we get anymore is not the greatest quality anymore.
