I look forward to this being available as a kit, if it is true to scale outlines, I'd be interested in a plan for full flying surfaces, would be a really neat plane.

You are right! It would be a very interesting plane with wing warping and a full flying stab and rudder.
Here's a shot of my third scale EI from a couple of years ago.....it had wing warping and a full flying tail.
