A little input on stainless steel. While working on a Hydrogen generator we use stainless steel as our electrolis plate to split water molecules into Hydrogren and oxegen atoms in a sodium hydroxide solution and found that 304 Stainless wasn't all that it was suppose to be,"corrosive resistance", but found that 316 Stainless was 100 times more resistance than 304. So if you can find what you need in 316 Stainless it's worth looking into.
