RE: ESM Dornier DO 335
Here she is on her wheels for the first time. Note the 3" of clearance under the bottom fin. Oh boy....... thats gonna get scraped a lot LOL.
One problem I am seeing now is that the front motor seems to have a LOT of up thrust. Initially, I had used the exact same length standoffs. I started seeing the up thrust problem and added a washer behind both top standoffs offs and the motor still seems to have the thrust line pointed up at about 2 degrees. Rather strange. So......Im gonna have to go to the hardware store and get a few more washers to shim the motor down a little more.
