I'll order a cowl flap kit from you.
I was thinking, I could have the stand-offs for the cowl flap ring and the three for the Moki made of steel. The average weight needed in the nose is 4.5lbs. This would go a long way to filling that need. Might just need a little in the cowl ring and that would be it.
The builder would not need to calculate this and the correct engine thrust would already be set for him. A few brass shims maybe, for the variance in building.
