Turtle Report


The turtle is alive and well and has reglued all the joints in the wings with carpenter's glue......I used mostly CA initially when framing them up and as time passes and I keep handling, sanding, bumping (dare I say dropping?) the wings I hear a lot of cracking and joint movement type of sounds.
This is the first time I have used this type of plywood and CA together and I am finding that carpenter's glue is the better choice over CA.

Now all the wing joints are sound and secure.
