As you get the chance, we'd like to see posts with zero repllies have the "0" highlighted in a different color. this helps a lot in the Support forums so that we can see where we've not gotten to a particular poster. This helps especially where we have to get information and can't get back for a few days. We can scroll down and easily find the posts where we've not replied.
