RE: Which chinese factories make various brushless motor brands?
1. Results are quite surprising; There is a huge range of price, for motors that are essentially identical, have identical specs, are made in the same factory, appear to use the same internal parts, have the same build quality, and will havethe sameperformance and lifespan.
The price of these Park Flyer motors varies all the way from $17 up to $75.70 (in UK) -and for identical motors made in the same factory.
That is a 4.3-fold difference in price ... -for what appear to be identical motors, made side-by-side in the same factory ...
2. Hacker motors cost 40% more in UK than in USA -so Hacker motors appear much more expensive in UK.
3. Hyperion Z motors purchased from Airstrike often cost more than the matching same-size identical Hacker motor; BUT if purchased from AircraftWorld, they are almost half the pricecompared toAirstrike.
4. Turnigy SK motors are generally about 30% of the price of the matching and equivalent same-size Hacker USA motor price.
5. Torque motors are about same price as Hacker USA,occasionally slightly more.
OK Hobby Infinitemotorsare ~35% to 40% of Hacker USA price
Gens Ace motors are~40% to 50% of Hacker USA price
LiPolice motorsare ~50 to 60% of Hacker USA price
Pelikan Foxy motors are ~75% of Hacker USA price
Pilotage Nova-Line motors are ~same price as Hacker USA.
-And all for the identical motor, made with same internal parts, side-by-side in the same factory.
